Every time I do a set of 15 sit ups ma back starts to hurt. Us that exposed to happen if not what am I doing wrong
If you doin them on the floor then yeah your backs gonna hurt... when I work out I try to find a soft area or make one so I don't mess my body up ......oh and have fun working out :)
Use a mat
Dont go all the way up, go halfway, like crunches , it should hurt less..
well you might want to use a mat and you might just not be use to it
