Hi, Tony. What's the latest that you eat or drink anything that has caffeine in it? I can't have ANYTHING that has caffeine in it after 7 p.m. and go to sleep at any decent time, ESPECIALLY tea. And there are so very many things that have caffeine in them that sometimes we're not aware of. For instance, chocolate has quite a bit of caffeine in it. Soft drinks, of course, and some are known to have super high amounts of caffeine. Plus, sometimes if you exercise too close to bedtime, it can cause your metabolism to get faster and wake you up more. Is it possible any of these things could be happening?
well if you wake up late that might be why but if you wake up early and go to bed late you probably have a lot of energy even if you don't sleep - hope it helps but if you excuse me i have to go lmfao cause i kept yawning while explaining why your not tired lol
It sounds like you have insomnia, you can get medicine that helps you fall asleep, but I would suggest trying to find a natural remedy to help you fall asleep before you pump yourself with meds, solutions are different for everybody,
You probably have insomnia, a sleeping disorder. Talk to your doctor and make sure you tell them everything. With insomnia, you have lots of trouble falling and staying asleep. There are plenty of sleeping medications, but you should get a prescription just in case. This is different from your everyday sleeping problems; it's every night and sleeping simply cannot be easily accomplished.
This isn't prescription, but I'm not sure what you mean by "natural means". I have trouble going to sleep as well. Whenever I want to go to sleep (atm I'm on spring break and could care less) I take a tab of melatonin and a caplet of benadryl. Puts me to sleep in ~45 minutes.
