I'm angry and upset and I sort of feel like crying , but that doesn't mean it's bad to go to sleep besides if you do you might just feel better in the morning .

I don't think it's a bad thing. I have cried myself sleep many times. You shouldn't let your emotions and feelings fester and eventually you should deal with whatever is upsetting you.

I think it takes out your feelings. So mabey when you let it all out, in the morning you will probably feel better. :)

It's far better than going to sleep with somebody hurt or angry at you.

I dont think its bad for you because it gives you the time to calm down and rid of irrational thoughts! So by the time you wake up you'll be calm and able to process your emotions refreshed.
