I can't sleep help!!!

I have school in the mornings and every night I don't go to sleep till like 2:00am. and I am always falling asleep in class. help!!!! what are some ways to help me fall asleep?

If you have a boyfriend have him play with your hair
watch t.v.
listen to waves
turn on a fan
drink chamomile tea
take a hot bath/shower
read a book
get off of ask.com for one=)

For one thing, try to stay away from the internet! There are too many things to do on the computer, so it's best to shut it off, along with the t.v., and try to bore yourself. I always get tired when I'm bored.

I'm right here with u ok put on a 40 minute or so music just search sleeping music pick a long one the get comport able and think (I no I no "no then I can't go to sleep " no hear me out) think about the music ask questions like I wonder who made this I wonder how long did they fall asleep to it Then eventually your thoughts will lead you thinking something cool like what if a whole army busted in the school and took me just to go to six flags and think about that or something you know ? DO NOT OPEN YOUR EYES UNLESS ITS MORNING OR A FIRE OK?

To fall asleep, I imagine a pendulum. Then I watch it sway back... And forth... And back... (Head falls on keyboard)

Stay away from caffeine after 5pm and you could try Valerian root tea or capsules. Valerian root is a natural sleep inducer.

I find nice thoughts, a hot cup of tea, and soft music, maybe a couple candles, a great relaxing routine. Think about things you want to happen and people you love. Make up fantasy stories in your mind while closing your eyes, and let your mind drift away. You'll discover that if you make up stories, you can dream about them (sometimes). Good luck! (GET OFF THE NET!)

2] Think about good thing of your life.
3] Take bath before sleeping
4] Don't take heavy meal at night.
5] Avoid use of more electronics devices before sleeping.
