If I sleep in the cold could I lose weight ?
someone told me that it works. so I was wondering does it ?
The only way you're going to lose weight, is by burning off more calories than you consume. Has nothing to do with what temperature you sleep at.
This is ridiculous, where did you heard of this?Sleep in the cold may cause your body temperature drop unnoticed, and cause serious problems, your pore in your skin can't breathe, and arthritis will follow.
If its in your house I think hot or cold will do fine cause you're sweating it off but that's just what I've always heard... I doubt it dose much and you'll lose more sleep then weight...
