Is this a healthy breakfast?
Okay, so I had two sandwiches (white bread, which isn't very healthy at all, I know). I had peanut butter on each of them (that's fiber and protein) and strawberry jelly (for a little bit fruit). I also had a cup of coffee but I know that's okay (in a moderate limit) because I read at most 2 cups of coffee a day is healthy. That was in the newspaper that my university prints for the campus, so I have no doubt there's some validity in it. So were the sandwiches okay?
