What to do in track?

I am too slow for running, too small for high jump and long jump. I cannot quit! Please help me!!

Have you tried endurance running or cross-country instead of sprinting? You may not be fast, but if you can get your stamina up you could do well in that.

You could do the shot put, javelin throw, discus throw or hammer throw...
Oops, or do you mean in just track? That's.... can't help you there bro.
