What to do in track?
I am too slow for running, too small for high jump and long jump. I cannot quit! Please help me!!
Have you tried endurance running or cross-country instead of sprinting? You may not be fast, but if you can get your stamina up you could do well in that.
do what i did. " Sorry coach. Can't run today. My foot fell off again." or "Sorry coach.. Um I forgot how to....run...."
You could do the shot put, javelin throw, discus throw or hammer throw...Oops, or do you mean in just track? That's.... can't help you there bro.
