How to increase my vertical jump?
My vertical jump SUCKS, it's only 6 inches. I am starting to get into basketball and I need to jump higher. I'm 5' 11'', 140 lbs, and have a reach of 7' 5'', so I need to have a vertical of 3' 1'' to dunk. How long will it take to increase it this much? What exercises? Drills?
