I have a Samsung Galaxy S2. Lately, everytime I try to use the phone for anything, I get a pop-up

asking me if I want to buy this or that game/app. It's very frustrating, has anyone encountered this? Does anyone know how to fix it? Please no jabs about "get an iPhone". I'm an adult, I don't like/want an iPhone. Just help me if you can, thanks to all whom help!!

You must have installed an app that is using some permission to have access to your notification bar. It may be an app or game you downloaded recently. If you have an idea of what it could be uninstall it and it should fix the problem. If you have any more questions just respond to this post and I will answer you.

It's not on apps! I don't even use apps on it! It's when I'm trying to call or text someone.
