How many calories can I eat to maintain my current weight

I am about 5' 10 1/2" and I weigh about 165lbs I'm 15 years old I work out but I would like to know how much I can eat if I am not active also if I have not provided enough information tell me and I can add a comment and let u know

12 calories per 1 pound of body weight per day.... So a 200 lb man should be able to eat around 2400 calories a day with a semi-active lifestyle and maintain that weight

you could eat as much as you want as long as you work out after, i would say eat up to 1000 calories, and you should be fine

Anything under 1200 calories a day can cause your body to go into starvation mode and your body will store everything as fat!!

2300-2600 considering you work out, your age, current weight, and height.
