If the dog isn't using her leg, it is an indication that it is still painful. The pain can be too much the she is not capable of eating. You need to see a vet in order to get the best prescription for pain relievers or therapy to make the leg able to walk.

How long ago was the surgery? If she's in a lot of pain she won't eat well, did the Vet give you anything for the pain? Also if she's on Meds her tummy might be upset; is she swallowing and licking her mouth a lot? That could indicate acid reflux or nausea. Try boiling up some chicken(with the skin for some fats) and rice and giving that to her in small amounts, it's easy on her tummy and it may entice her into eating some more, feed her by the handful if need be.. If she really isn't eating at all; you need to check with the Vet. Hope she starts feeling better soon!:-).
