I was sleeping and got a calf cramp... look at the details to answer my question.
I woke up today around 2:30 starving for something to eat. So I got a little snack.Then i woke up around 5:00 A.M. with a pretty bad pain my calf, it tightened up into a rock and the pain was very excruciating lasting for about 30 seconds. I massaged it a little bit after and it felt a little bit better. I went back to sleep. I woke up around 7:15 A.M. and my Right calf felt a little bit better but I still had stabbing pains when i tried to walk on it.
-My Questions are can a calf cramp cause any injuries?
-Can i still exercise today, with my exercise containing a light jog and stretch and upper body workouts?
-How long will the calf pain linger after the cramp.
(Its been about 3 hours and i still have pain)
