Chicken cordon bleu is very good and pretty simple. Take boneless skinless chicken breasts and slice them down the side so they make a kind of pouch, like a pita pocket. Put ham and swiss cheese into it. Pan fry it about 5 to 7 minutes a side over medium heat. That's it.
Chicken Palaou...take an onion slice and fry add tomatoes and fry till it totally dissolves add a spoon of ginger garlic paste and put the chicken pieces in... at least half a kilo stir well till chicken changes colour from all sides ..add salt half a table spoon of chillies powder two pinches of turmeric powder10 to 12 black pepper balls 2 to 3 bay leaves 4 to 5 cardamon stick cook well add little water and cook well keep steering till the oil separates than take half a kilo rice add that in the curry and add water or chicken stock in the mixture till the water is 2 inches higher than the mixture let it cook till the mixture dry than cover it and keep it on very low heat covered well for 5 to 8 minutes till the rice cook and palou is ready
