So i heard that lemons are bad for you're teeth? But then again it is good for you.

how much lemons do you have to eat for them to reduce you're enamel?

Any acid is bad, and acid is in more than just lemons. Strawberries, soda, etc have it. Just drink some water afterwards to rinse the acid way.

just don't suck on lemons. it's the acidity that will erode your enamel. many foods are bad for teeth.

your enamel reduces as long as you have it on your teeth. it doesnt suddenly take a chunk out of your enamel every now and again.

Your saliva does a pretty good job at rinsing away the acidity. I know people in their 70's with all of their natural teeth who were always citrus and soda consumers.
