Is this correct in Roman Numerals?

I know my basic single digit numbers, but I have never done a certain date. December 3, 2011. Is this the correct Roman Numerals?

The correct roman numerals for December 3, 2011 are III, XII, MMXI. You got it wrong on the year as it reads 2010 instead of 2011 and adding a single numeral makes it correct.

Depends on where you live which goes first month or day in the U.S. month than day other places it's day then month.
