I get angry very frequently.what can i do?

i m just like a volcano which erupts frequently.what should i do to stop it?

maybe listen to music and really listen to the words and try to understand the meaning of the song it completely blanks your mind i hope i helped! :-)

Try to avoid things which makes you angry. Find new stuff around you to keep out of that frustrated mind. And when angry just walk away from that place.

And that you have to start learning. Pretty easy. Talk to someone who is close to you. Or surf net. Watch a movie. Best would be going to mirror and looking at yourself when you are angry. Gives you an picture of how beautiful you look when you are angry.

I was training at judo. Stopped at the orange belt cause I needed it no more. The anger management came in kinda naturally with it cause I was bigger and stronger than the other kids. Used to win matches with a guy who was 15 when I was 10 and he had green belt. :D

nice, Judo is a good art, as for me, I have self trained myself (literally taught myself, I don't have a belt). In Judo, Jujitsu, Combat Tai Chi, Muay Thai, Kung Fu, and Japanese Sword Technique. After teaching myself those, I blended them into my own street fighting style, which I can beat black belts with. I beat a third degree Tai Kwon Do black belt when i was 13, i was pretty proud of myself, I'm almost 16 now, and what's scary is I'm a lot better now than I was at that point, and I continue to get better. Martial Art has truly become a giant part of my life.

Well haven't you done a lot! I also taught some techniques to myself that I found the most useful (like roundhouse kick). Also made few of my own moves too. Also practiced some shield & sword and shield and spear techniques with few of my mates. It's kinda funny when you throw spear longer when standing than running :D

ha-ha, yeah, i can use just about any sharp item i can get my hands on as a weapon, though a Katana remains my weapon of choice. I really don't like shields, they inhibit my movement, especially since my Kenjutsu technique is a high speed type that requires agility and fluid motion. Personally, i'm not a fan of roundhouse kicks though. They look pretty, and if they hit something, they can be devastating, but they are WAY too easy to dodge or block. That's actually how i took down that black belt, is i caught his high reverse roundhouse, and punched his hamstring nerve with a Tai Chi knuckle strike. His leg was paralyzed for the next ten minutes. A Muay Thai, Ti Long kick is much more effective, as it leaves you far less open to assault, and doesn't compromise your balance.

but yeah, you seem to prefer a more European style weapons technique, Japanese technique is what i prefer any day, as it is generally superior, even against an opponent with a shield, my speed usually wins with no issue.

stress balls!! they help a lot! or just talk to an adult.
Another thing is that you can take 10 breathes and shut your eyes

I assume that you are already trying on your own to control this and it's not working. Get some anger management counseling, at least enough to learn the various techniques of recognizing when a "flare up" is coming and how to "put the brakes on before the actual crash."

Take It out on a punching bag or play sports ,because if you take it out on people,You get judged and I would imagine you probably don't want that.

A good way to relieve anger is to spend time by yourself. You can go biking, draw in a notebook, go running/jogging, and more. In my opinion, the best way to relieve anger or stress is to write down your feelings in a journal.
