How do I gain weight?

I weigh about 105 pounds and i am about 6 feet tall. I have looked everywhere to see what to do. everything is about lossing weight. i what to gain weight. I do not what to take a pill that make me hungry. also i do not feel hungry after and long it. i can not eat breakfast and not feel like eating lunch. i go not crave foods very often so it is hard for my parents to help me.

I've been trying to gain weight for years. Exercise. It worked for me! You will lose fat, but gain muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. Good luck!

Cinnamon sometimes is known to increase appetite. Don't drink water within 30 minutes of a meal time. Drinks like soda can pack on tons of empty calories that you won't notice, and when you reach a good weight, you can switch to diet soda in case you get addicted ;)

Avoid cardio for a bit and focus on strength training. Eat extra protein and more calories.
