Our creator is now half way through its life...a few more billion years until it leaves us. It has to go through the Red Giant phase (another million+ year phase) and pretty much char us then in a few seconds collapse to the size of the Earth to a White Dwarf leaving behind a planetary nebula.

Thanks for stealing my answer ... but yours was way more detailed than what I was gonna say ... "It takes a lot longer than one day to go red giant" ... or something like that.

Most stars are like five times bigger than our sun. Yet our sun isn't going to die for a few billion years.

If God can make the sun in one day He can destroy it in one day.

It's easy to create something, it's hard to get rid of it. Like glue. Well, he is God, he can do anything.

The sun will take a few billion years to finally detach or come close to Earth. If coming close, the sun will most likely burn Earth to a pulp, and if it moves farther away our Earth will become dormant and cold, making no room for fire to warm us and we would soon die of the cold. So it depends, unless something magnificent happened and caused the sun to die out in one day, then so be it, but the answer is most likely no and will not deteriorate until later on in the billion of years to come.

Sorry if I got off track, haha.

The only possible way for the sun to disappear would be if it was hidden behind the clouds.

matter can quantum tunnel and yes it would disappear from us in one day if all the matter of the sun quantum tunneled. but the likeliness of this happening isnt even worth talking about so don't worry about it

It would take much longer than one day, but it can and will go away, but we will have already gone, so we will never witness it, at least not from earth.
