Ways to control Restless Leg syndrome without Dr. visit or expensive Medications...Diet? Physical activity? etc?
I had a sleep study done on me about 2 years ago and was diagnosed with RLS, I took meds for it and it seemed to be working. I was financially strapped so when the meds ran out I just quit taking them and never returned to the Dr. Now it's driving me crazy again and would like to try other methods of controlling it.
