Ear piercing won't move?

my boyfriends ear was pierced above his 3/4 plugs but away from cartilage with a gun. the first ear pierced and was able to move at first and now it won't and the second was pierced and immediately wouldn't move. won't twist nor move in or out. theyre both all the way through. this was all yesterday

If as you say, no cartilage was involved; take First Aid antibiotic cream and slather it on and around, take a Q Tip and get it into ALL little crevices, then turn and move the new piercing. It will hurt some.:-(.

The skin probably grew to the piercing.

Is that even possible after the first two seconds of the piercing though?
Report as
Ya. After I got my second piercing done I'd wake up and have to twist them so they'd be unstuck.

Cartilage piercings should never be done with a gun, it shatters the cartilage.See a professional, go back to piercer, sounds like it hit cartilage.

It wasnt cartilage though

Hmm. It should turn no problem. Could it be dried blood or whatever?
I'd call the piercer maybe it needs to be redone. If you did it yourself stop and have it looked at.
