How can i deal w/ hunger pains? i really wana lose 25 pds and the only way is to go hungry some and exercise. Any thoughts or ideas?

i have found for me goin hungry is the only way for me to lose buts its so hard

Try an app. called "my fitness pal". It calculates how many calories you should be eating to lose. Once you input all your info, you will probably see that you are not eating enough food to lose weight. You have to eat to lose. If not, your body will think you are trying to starve it, making it hold on to any calories you take in. I know someone who used this app. to lose over 75 pounds. Good luck!

Don't starve yourself.
Eat, but if you want to lose weight, make sure you burn more calories than you consume.

Well really if you dont eat you will eventually gain more pounds than losing them so if i were you id just watch what you, eat better and maybe just exercise.

don't go hungry. Just eat healthy food, and measure your portions. If you go hungry, your body will start latching on to every bit of fat that your body obtains, because it won't know when it will be fed again. This will make you gain. For breakfast, eat a small bowl of plain cheerios with some fruit. Try eating LOTS of salad, stay away from carbs and starches including potatoes, breading, pasta, and fried foods. You need some carbs, but not a lot. Whole wheat bread the way to go. Eat lots of veggies. No need to starve yourself. I hope all goes well

Going hungry will not stop your metabolism--starving yourself does. You can be hungry, but not starve. Good diet you suggest though. I'd suggest eggs instead of cereal until you complete the weight loss phase.

We used to say hunger pain is just that little wheel grinding off the fat!

drink some water. rev it up with some slices of orange in it. drink that and see if you are hungry afterwards. sometimes we confuse thirst with hunger. stay on your diet plan and good luck.

Eat something! just not a lot. If you eat fewer calories than you burn off, you will loose weight.
