Little girl from hell ...

they moved in a couple of months after my family and I. the mother is fine..she's never home! But her 14 year old daughter..is rude, annoying, loud and etc. One day her and her new friends walked through our grass and to our trees to pick sticks! we asked them to politely move themselves..than had to yell until they moved away. my mother and I get along fine with her mother but her daughter is out of control. I guess the mother doesn't really care..she's always gone and when she is home she still lets her daughter hang in the streets! One day she got bold and her and her friend yelled out of the window at me,throwing nasty comments at me! All I could do is walk away. In a few months I'll be 19. I can't argue with a 14 year old over childish things. Whenever I go outside and she has company..she has them looking at me..laughing...and whispering. They're constantly walking in and out of our yard...leaning on all of our mailboxes!(the neighbors too) Screaming, yelling and everything else. It's not that I'm scared of her but I hate to put myself in a predicament with a immature child. Not just my family but a few other neighbors has had problems with her as well. One lady had to get on her about beating her little daughter! she also once tried to let her big dog free to chase my little puppy! She's out of control.. what would you do?

14 is a rotten age for girls, and she sounds neglected and rebellious. When she is alone and nearby, I would advise her of what's expected regarding her behavior. She naturally will still act-up, so make a list of what she does and the time of day. Present the list to her mother. Let the mother know the kid's behavior is unacceptable to you and other neighbors. Then, if necessary, do call the non-emergency police line, and explain that a minor is left unsupervised. That she's acting-up and you're concerned. That's why the police are there, ok? You have a right to live peacefully.

i would hire the little monster and pay her very well to do my yard work. once she realizes that good money=good behavior, she would not dare to ruin that cash cow senario. the girl needs something constructive to do.

That's a good idea! But would it be ride to ask her to? Because my dad usually cuts their darn yard as well! Lol

I would go right up to her and ask her why is she the way she is. Does she have a problem? Does she know she's trespassing? Ask her doesn't she have anything better to do then be the brat of the neighborhood. -_-

That's a good word for it! Brat of the neighborhood! Its just crazy her mother doesn't notice all of this when she IS home! All her friends are negative too! Kissing boys in the neighborhood in public makes her look bad...and reflects on her mother ..smh -__-

I hear you. I'd probably even let the mother know of my...irritation with her daughter. -.- Sucks being 18: if you had just argued back at her for acting that way, people would have thought you lost your mind.

Buy a gun, next time she's on your property say to get out, if she doesn't then simply aim at her and tell her to get out and not go into your property again. Works like a charm.

So you want to commit felony, just to scare the dumb $hit next door. What are you going to do if the 14 year old punk calls your bluff and says "shoot me!"
Report as
It's not necessarily a felony to scare, especially if she's been told multiple times to stay off your property.
Report as
Pointing a gun at a person in most states is a felony, unless you are doing it to protect your life or the life of another. The kid being on your property does not warrant protecting your life or another or pointing a deadly weapon at her!

Photography or get witnesses for her 'troubles', complain to her 'Mom'. Make it good, make it stick. Do NOT imply hatred. Good Luck.

Document dates times and actions, don't bother giving it to the brats mother because it is obvious she doesn't care about her little darling daughter. Give your documentation to the cops and use their report to get a restraining order. Every time the 14 year old violates the order call the cops and have her hauled to Juvie! Eventually Mommie will be summoned to court for child neglect.

Tell them in a calm voice and say, "you are all being childish and I am now 18 and you really need to cut it out and stop acting 9 and you really need to get a life." Don't think it sounds that bad, say it to yourself and practice. If they say something snotty back like, bitch, just say "That's right" and walk along. If you actually do this, good for you!!! or you could just talk about it with her when she is aline.-13 years old, gotta problem?
