Being unhealthy : Not taking care of yourself, eating junk ,not getting enough sleep , and being dangerously overweight or underweight . Being healthy : Eat healthy food , workout , and get a good amount of sleep every night .
1) Eating at least 5 servings (combined) of fruit and veggies 2) Exercising at least 30 minutes every day. 3) Sleeping at least 8 hours 4) Being at a reasonable weight (BMI between 18.5 and 25, which minimizes risks of certain diseases. :)
