I am 13 and I am very small. It seems that there is no way for me to gain weight and I really need to. does anyone have any suggestions?

Trust me, it will come with time, you probably have fast metabolism, it will slow down.

Try eating foods rich with vitamin B9. its the only vitamin that can increase appetite and can be found in leafy greens, spinach, and turnips.

Please don't feel bad. Many boys are smaller than some and go thru a major growth spurt suddenly and you're tall. Eat fruits and veggies. Plenty of protein. Stay away from cigarettes, drugs and alcohol which can retard growth.

3 eggs in the morning, three peanut butter and jelly sandwiches a day, and pasta every night. eat a lot of small meals throughout your day. Chew slowly, eat slowly. and your genetics will play a big role....

You should monitor your weight with getting skinfold measurements. It's the best way to track your progress as the trasditional 'scales' don't always reflect what is really going on.
