Weight control help?
I am a girl 5' 6" and 140 pounds. I have been trying to lose a bit of fat and gain muscle for sports but every time I try to eat healthy I give up after a few days and over eat. I have gained 10 pounds in the past couple of months trying to lose weight and now it's getting difficult for me to do the things I used to. I need serious help getting motivated because I'm still gaining weight when I need to be losing it. I am trying to be an elite athlete but my eating habits are getting in the way. Please help?
