Weight control help?

I am a girl 5' 6" and 140 pounds. I have been trying to lose a bit of fat and gain muscle for sports but every time I try to eat healthy I give up after a few days and over eat. I have gained 10 pounds in the past couple of months trying to lose weight and now it's getting difficult for me to do the things I used to. I need serious help getting motivated because I'm still gaining weight when I need to be losing it. I am trying to be an elite athlete but my eating habits are getting in the way. Please help?

If you want to lose weight, eat 6, 100 to 250 calorie meals a day, drink lots of water and burn about 200 to 300 calories a day, and if you evet are craving sweets try getting a handful of raw almonds, and eat those instead. But don't EVER starve yourself ok?

u sound pretty perfect to me. u don't needa loose THAT much. join a sport and eat smaller meals :)

I do sports, but I'm becoming too weak compared to my size to keep improving.... :'(

Actually you just need healthier meals
For example if your hungry and you want a snack that is not unhealthy you can buy veggie chips there healthy and good:)
