Easiest way to build up your calves is to stand on a curb with your toes on the curb and drop the back of the foot lower than the curb then raise it. You can do it anywhere and at any time. Stairs work too. If you have stuff in your hands.... that is just added weight. Calves are the easiest and fastest muscles to develop.
A great way to build up calfs and also get a good sculpted butt is by doing kick backs( standing balanced and then take your leg back holding it up parralell to the ground for 10 seconds 10 reps each leg) also jogging and walking on inclines help
