Trying to find motivation, but how?
alright so I can't seem to find any motivation in myself to try harder and eat less. I'm currently 195 pounds and about 25% body fat but I am willing to lose it! though i can't find motivation. I'm in track, Im a sprinter so I do a lot of running. everyday I want to go 110% but fail and lose hope. I do have a craving for food all the time! I do eat a lot of bread, heard that's not good but I can't seem to find something filling without bread. everyday I tell myself I'm going to eat less but I don't and that really effects my work out cause there is so point if I'm just going to eat a lot after, I just don't know what to do. please help me
