Trying to find motivation, but how?

alright so I can't seem to find any motivation in myself to try harder and eat less. I'm currently 195 pounds and about 25% body fat but I am willing to lose it! though i can't find motivation. I'm in track, Im a sprinter so I do a lot of running. everyday I want to go 110% but fail and lose hope. I do have a craving for food all the time! I do eat a lot of bread, heard that's not good but I can't seem to find something filling without bread. everyday I tell myself I'm going to eat less but I don't and that really effects my work out cause there is so point if I'm just going to eat a lot after, I just don't know what to do. please help me

watch this guy on youtube he's really great at this kind of information and he was also a runner like you and he has tons of ways for you gain muscle to improve your fitness while also losing fat, look up "vince delmonte"

I'm just like you. I keep skinny because I'm in love with fruit, I just can't get enough of it. So when I go for a snack, most of the time I pick a pomegranate, orange, etc.

Look for a local Crossfit gym in your area. Crossfit is a gym where they have trainers to motivate you and push you thru their own workouts and keep you strong and active
