How can you go to sleep faster at night?
i have a lot of trouble going to sleep
Knockouted with a baseball bat?
Listening to soft music or reading in bed..that makes me fall in sleep.
drink tea, empty your mind of all thoughts.
I usually read for an hour or so before I try to go to sleep ! It relaxes my mind and I forget anything that is bothering me and go right to sleep ! Grab a good book and lay in bed tonight and read for a while ! See how it relaxes you !
Reading helps like Mr. Wayne said. I've fallen asleep with a book in my hand countless times.
Working out/running on treadmill/making yourself tired etc will help you with sleep.
