What are great ways to stay awake?
I am very tired in the morning and afternoon
spray yourself in the face with cold water
Energy juice. Power naps. Keeping active. Or just sleep more at night, if possible, and try to not stress as much :)
Drink coffee or tea, eat vegetables and fruit. Keep your self busy, exercise, listen to music. :)
enjoy what you're doing.. be more motivated and exercise more :)
