Wear a hat ! That will help keep your hair under control and bring plenty of water to keep yourself clean and fresh ! As we got older , my wife wouldn't go camping unless their were bathrooms and a lake or a fresh stream nearby ! She would either wear a hat or wrap her hair up to keep it cleaner ! We used to four wheel drive to some remote camping spots , so I always made sure there was plenty of water to wash up in or swim in ! Have fun !
Camping is natural, enjoying the nature, outdoors and everything in its natural state. Notice the emphasis on Nature. Natural. Nothing else. Forget the makeup. Forget the hair dryer. Forget the mascara. Natural.

A brush and hair ties for the hair, and an all natural soap to wash up with. If you are going to be at a campsite that has trash bins wet ones and Neutrogena face cloths are quick and easy ways to freshen up. If you can't shower or swim and you have oily hair, a small amount of powder can be brushed through.
Everyone involved will probably look the same :P I suggest bringing some hair ties with you, because even though camping trips are supposed to be 'natural' it's understandable that you might be self conscious, and we have lived in a more developed enviroment it will be hard to last out there I'm guessing. So bring some hair ties, and if you are REALLY worried, just bring some mascara. Remember though, it'll probably run depending on the activities. But just do whatever makes you comfortable, it's supposed to be enjoyable! Have fun <3
Most people won't care because they'll be in the same situation as you but if your worried about your hair being greasy/oily you can use dry shampoo it comes in a spray can like hairspray and for your face just put on foundation and use water and a wash cloth to wipe it off at night.
Good luck! I brought a gallon jug of water and a bowl with rags to wash my face so I could apply make up and wash it off, depending where you are you can wash in the lake. Take a satin hair cap when you sleep it will help prevent greasy hair. Baby wipes are ok to clean your face but they leave a film and will cause you to break out if you don't actually wash your face, bathroom wise good though. If you can't bath for a few days I use peroxide downstairs to keep clean. Use peroxide for you arm pits before applying a new layer of deodorant if you can't bathe. (Peroxide kills the bacteria that causes arm pit stink) You can bring travel size amounts of these things. There is also dry shampoos but they aren't great.
That's why there are nudist camps, WHO CARES what you look like when you're running around Eu'natural! I used to go camping BECAUSE I DIDN'T have to worry about my appearance. If you have access, shower morning and night, dress appropriately, and don't sweat the small stuff, camping is a release, a step back to a more relaxed, less formal setting in our lives. Remember, you can always primp once you return home. ENJOY! :)
Well always bring a new outfit for all of the days that you will be gone for. and to keep clean bring some pads to clean your face with and no I am not talking about the other kind lol a brush may come in handy too ! and be sure that you have a place to use the rest room when ever you need to go ! Tooth brush and tooth paste come in handy as well. Don't forget that !
My husband is a long haul trucker and I occasionally get to go out with him, it's kind of like camping. Baby wipes are great for underarms and other areas that need daily cleaning. Dove and Olay both make facial cleaning wipes for traveling which are also really handy as you don't want to use a baby wipe on your face. Oh and use lots of deodorant.
