Which foods are proven to help your skin develop a natural tan?

I'm not sure they will help you develop a tan per se, but these foods listed below help give you a natural glow which can contribute to that! (plus, the majority of these foods are pretty tasty anyway!) -:

Wild Samon
Sweet Potatoes
Watermelon, Cantaloupe, Mangoes
Kiwi
Dark Chocolate
Milk
Broccoli
Yogurt
Oysters
Capsaicin (peppers)
Most nuts and seeds and last but not least
Dark, leafy greens (such as spinach and arugula)

Hard to believe but true, Carrots yellow and red peppers, Spinach And melons. But you have to eat it everyday.
