Is walking for 30-45 min for 4-5 days a week good to lose weight?
I'm trying to lose weight but I don't have the motivation to do weights and run or jog. the only thing I will do is walk in the park till I need to leave to go to my collage. the only time when I could walk in the park is in the morning before my class in college. so will I be able to lose a few lb in a week? how much lb do you think I will might lose in a month if I weight about 175lb right now?
