you cant do it in one day sorry. :( time yourself in running the same amount of time each day. you'll notice some techniques u tend to do and in a week you'll figure out some things that are good for you. your body will also get used to it. you should notice yourself doing it a few seconds quicker every 2 or 3 days. good luck. :)
Well I run track and nothing can happen in one day sadly but what I do is over time I will run and as I get faster running one distance I will run longer and so on and so on... Hope you get faster or as fast as you want to be
You can't really do that in one day. It takes time and effort to improve. What you can do in one day is stretch well, jog a few miles, take a break (drinking plenty of water and eating something healthy, also waiting an hour after eating before running so as not to feel sick), then running a few miles to condition yourself. You won't see immeadiate improvement.likReally, you have to keep up a routine like that for a while to condition yourself. One day is not enough, sorry.
It isn't really possible to do in one day,but warming up before running and practicing really helps! I noticed that when i stretch before I run, I run faster. It has been proven that stretching before you run could ,actually, have negative affects.
