How many crunches for how much time?

im 13 female 5,1 (145 lbs) and i just want to tone my stomach. how many crunches for how long would i have to do to tone it up before july?

You don't actually burn very much from doing crunches. If you wanna tone your stomach then it'd be best to go running at least 1-2 miles every other day and also do planks. Of course don't be eating a bunch of junk!

3 - 5 sets of 20 - 50 sit ups depending on how fit you already are you could do less sit ups or more but try for 3 - 5 sets a day

slow jogging every day and stretching every night, also eat healthy, eat all your daily meals, eat stuff such as steak and fatty foods that arent junk food. It sounds off, but by eating healthy fatty foods (steak, chicken, etc.), fruits and vegetables topped off with daily excersize you will look better than any dieting person.

Probably 10, then take a 10 second break then 10 more, another 10 second break and 10 more.

I do 100 at night and 50 in the morning. I do 100 in about 8 minutes maybe 6, and 50 i can do in like 3 minutes.
