Sweating is a good that as I'm sure you already know. Even if your sweating when everyone else in the room isn't. Sure it's awkward and embarrassing but it's how your body cools down.
Have you even seen what happen to those who don't. They fall over like there dead that instant.
I myself sweat excessively and I'm not fat by any means but I know that I'm out of shape. 5 years ago I was cycling 5-10 miles a week and weight training. Now I burst into sweats when I start jugging. So, are you out of shape or just sweat easily then the majority.
