Are leg lifts good if you are trying to get abs?

without your hands under your thighs/butt? will they get you abs? do they work fast? what is the average amount to be able to be done? im 15

I call them leg raises, but as long as you are USING YOUR ABS, then you should be fine. Add some weight, or maybe lean over to the left to make your body imbalanced and put more pressure on your abs. Change it up if you have to.

Russian Twists, Crunches, Sit ups, and Bicycle crunches are some good ab work outs. Leg Lifts help also but I find they don't work as well for me. And when I do ab workouts I do 100 of each split up into sets of 25

that will help your legs, for abs you need to do all kinds of crunches, try YouTube there's a lot of ab workouts on there

xD it helps your abs, do them, keep your legs together, and straight, and dont let them hit the ground, and keep doing it, i guarentee you will feel a burn
