i dont think it would because anytime you miss a meal your body goes in fat storing mode and then it makes you gain weight but if you change your snacks with something healthy like a fruit or a 100 calorie smoothie than you will drop the weight.
Yes but you still need to eat meat, your body is made out of meat and if you don't eat meat, your body will consume the muscle first and you'll still have the fat left behind. But muscle burns fat so lift weights and eat meat in small portions. Obviously you need cardio, I'm sure you already knew that. Good luck!
