They would not necessarily be included as a Jew but they would be excluded as an Aryan and, as far as Hitler was concerned, there was no real difference. His extermination program was not only against the Jews but also against anyone of "inferior quality" he felt was keeping Germany from realizing their true greatness.
This question doesn't make sense. Anyway, Hitler's master race was a lie. He used the idea to get the support of the downtrodden, in their eyes, German people. He played on their vanity and weakness, not to mention aggression.
I think you mean would someone who didn't fit in be considered Jewish? No. They would be considered what ever they were. Homosexuals, intellectuals, Gypsies....all were despised but not considered Jewish. That's the less talked side of the Nazis.
By included, do you mean sent to a concentration camp? Yes. Gypsies, homosexuals, people with physical and mental impairments were all victims of Hitler and his regime. It is ironic that he was against people who were mentally and physically ill since he suffered from syphilis.

He executed political prisoners he did not liked to challenged by anyone he did mind killing those who had followed him from the start if felt threatened by them for questioning him. his way of think was of you are not with me than you are against me and I will kill you take you out of the big picture he had little respect for life no matter how old or young they happened to be.
