because I do judo I keep getting a bad back what should I do
Lower back can be tricky. First u should get an exray. To make sure u don't have a disc problem. Then. Always put ice on it. It will get the blood out of that area and slow the spasm of the muscles.
You could try the Chiropractor....
Exercise it efficiently - and don't stress it. Don't push unnecessary training.
Perhaps exercising and building up your back and neck muscles could help.
