How to keep in shape, but my house is full of junk food?!

so I grew up with a mom with a big body and my dad has a big belly, my grandma just lost weight, and my bro is skinny. now I don't eat alot but I think I got my dads belly, so I wanna stay in shape. I can exercise that's no problem, but my house is full of JUNK!!! and for lunch I eat subway sandwiches and juice, this is not healthy, can I do anything to keep in shape?

Well if you are very motivated then you can do it. If its realy hard for you not to eat junk food evrytimr you eat sonething fatning then just burn the calories by exersizing. And you can eat other good foods for lunch that are realy good and not fatning ex: a whole wheat sandwich with turkey and mayanais and other vegies inside but if your realy motivated you can do it

When you go to subway have a salad. And when you are at home just check the calorie contents. Your meals shouldn't be over 300 - 400 calories.

Exercise - jog/run, bike, walk etc. A big part is resisting the snacks.

This is a classic problem for diet control......who buys the groceries. You need to have this discussion with your family or go help with shopping with your mom, Have input. Eat your own salads and veggie smoothies.

Don't drink juice. Juice is better than soda, but it's a hidden sugar-trap. If you can't keep the junk out of your house, than set limits for yourself, and always pay attention to serving sizes. For example, I do low carb, but I can have a serving of chips if I ONLY eat one serving (which is way less than a bowl full). Also, see if you can buy 'better' junk. Replace candy bars with their skinnier versions and such.
