What is a good way for a 14 year old boy weighing 115 pounds 5'10" to gain muscles

I'm skinny... HELP ME!!!

Eat foods with lots of protein, exercise to gain weight instead of lose weight. Good luck to you mate I've never heard of someone 115 and 5'10...I'm 5'6 and a half and weigh 110.

Cut out junk food and eat lots or protein and workout. Junk food slows down the process when your trying to build muscle. Well for me it does.

Eat properly to get fit and then make a daily routine of exercises start off easy and as time goes on make the exercise harder I did the opposite and started of hard and I couldn't go to school today because I was in so much pain. Wow your 5'6 that 3 inches taller than me
