1-Pray to your Creator, God, He wants to help you.
2-A lot of churches will help with free counseling, call some and look into it.
3-Write down, on a piece of paper, all the things that you are thankful for. It's said that when you become thankful, you forget why your depressed.
4-Put a smile on your face, it is also said, when you smile, it sends a signal to your brain that you are happy.
5-Talk to someone, there has to be someone you can trust, don't worry about being judged, everyone is going through something.
And remember, there is always someone that loves you, your not alone.

I'd there a free clinic near you? They could recommend somebody who you can talk to for free.. Or do you have a pastor?

You should contact the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline. Don't be put off by the name; it actually deals with people having all sorts of problems, not just those who are suicidal. Their contacts are available at www.suicidepreventionlifeline.org/.

Can try OTC stuff like St. John's wart, it's sold in vitamin area of stores. Lots of exercise too, daily.
