I have a 35 virgin mobile unlimited plan and they shut my texting off

i have 300 mins unlimited texting data web email etc the usual an i am texting my gf an all of a sudden it says that im currently not allowed to use this service plz contact customer care support. whats the deal my bill is not even do for 4 more days

This is most probably due to a hitch in their system. You should contact virgin mobile customer care and talk to a representative about this; their contacts are available at www.virginmobileusa.com/help-support/. Alternatively, you can use the "find a store" feature on the website to find a nearby outlet.

Sometimes they do stuff like that to get extra money. More than once, Verizon, shut off the texting and calling on everyone in my account. So I to pay $15 to activate all phones.

Lol, all it takes is just ONE floater to completely change your view! Mine are especially troublesome when I'm tired. l get more of them as l age.
