Is there a free excel template for work schedules?!

I need to be able to create schedules for my employees and see how many hours they would be working against budget and labor. However, I only want the employee to see the schedule and not all the additional information.

You can get some of the free excel template for work schedules from http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/ and http://www.ozgrid.com/search/templates.htm. You can create a work schedule, schedule work hours, add or delete employees, schedule overtime, and record sick leave.
