Absolutely not. It's not like its physical abuse. I know in baseball, the make rookies do different things from carrying pink backpacks, to dressing like women, to buying team dinners. In fact I think all major sports have a dinner where they leave the rookies to pay the bill. Heck, in college I was a swimmer. My hazing was to jump into the pool from a catwalk in the roof. It wasn't much higher than the 30 meter platform, and one guy was afraid of heights so they didn't make him do it. It's a team building exercise. Next thing you know the question will be asked if we should stop hazing in the armed forces. I think that as long as its team building, and not physically abusive, then its fine.
