How to get rid of belly fat?

ok so I used to work out everyday last year at school due to P.E. but now that I'm not in that class anymore I've gained lots of weight. my doctor even said I needed to lose some. so I've been doing situps and other ab workouts everday but my stomach stays the same size while my legs, arms, and butt continually shrink. I've lost weight but mainly in my legs. I've tried to make them grow again by riding bikes, doing squats, walking, etc. (I also do pushups which have really been helping my arms) Anyways, how do I get rid of my big fat stomach? it's like I lose weight everywhere on my body except there. and my chin/neck has grown to where I have a slight double chin. Help me please?

Lots and lots of sit ups, I do them everyday and my stomach is completely flat.

Keep losing weight, sometimes the stomach is the last to go. Don't give up!!

Try and reduce the amount of calories you eat per day.

Only one way. Calories in; calories out. That spells diet AND exercise. The amount of calories burned off during exercise must exceed the number of calories taken in when you eat.
