I don't know if my foot is broke yet, i really want to go running but I'm scared ill hurt it more. I'm trying to lose weight.
I wanna go to the gym too , do the elliptical or something. When I walk a lot it hurts nd the doctor doesn't know if i broke it until i get my xray monday. Im on a diet and trying to see improvement, but i don't know if i will be able to without exercising.
What should i do?
