When I went off pop, now 3 years, believe it or not brushing my teeth really well helped. Something about 90% of the nerves to your brain are in your top teeth and brushing them stimulates the nerves and helps the caffeine headaches go away. I usually had to do this 5 times and day (had really clean teeth) and them before I knew it it was gone and I hadn't even realized it. My sister who is a dental hygentist told me about it. Just took about a week. Also, caffeine headaches will hurt work around your cycle time but still try brushing your teeth, concentrating on upper teeth. But don't brush TOO hard.
Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water or drinking some form of tea. (A non-caffeinated form) If possible, Take a short nap. I have also been informed that some forms of aromatherapy may help, but I haven't tried it to say it helped me.
Well if you are not opposed to medicine you can easily take a pain reliever such as Tylenol or aspirin. If you prefer more natural things, peppermint is always a good substitute, or a nice cool cloth on your head, or just try to sleep.

Drink lots of water. I always get a migraine every single day and it's cause I'm dehydrated. I hope the headaches stop! Also, just be in a quiet place and don't be where there is much light so staying away from electronics should help and you should lay down if you can! Feel better!
