I did the Atkins diet. Which is a great diet and it really works. :) It's a diet that allows you to continue eating everything you currently eat, but it teaches your portion control and how to read food labels. It's a carb counting diet, that focus on eating a lot of meat and protein. When I first started it, I had a buddy to help. We would go shopping together and talk about the diet together and what our goals were. This really helps, so when you're feeling like quitting, you have support. This is the main thing you need when it comes to a life style change! Honestly though, I've been off the Atkins' diet for about 4 years now, I was on it for 1 year and lost 60 pounds. Realistically you don't need a "diet". Just changing simple things, is going to help you.
Well first. Its easy. Dont start eating less at first, even if you already eat a lot, just replace all that food with healthier choices. Then as you start to get used to the new food, slowly work your way down to less food. (: Motivation: i dont even know. lol
You can still eat what you want but just make your portions smaller and excerise really helps. Gives you a faster metabolism which will help you burn more calories and also if you want lose tummy weight sit ups and crunches help BIG TIME
