How do you cure / get rid of stress without medication?

Try Yoga, and breathing practice....and meditation might help too.....

study on "what" is the problem..figure it out..look at both sides of the situation..try to understand what caused it and what it takes to either fix it..or make it better.. come to terms with what will be..and know that we can't fix everything in life..we can only..make the best of it..and don't worry about what you can't change..

Its all about relaxing take 10 Min's a day on your own laying down or sitting up and a bit of soothing music it will take a few days or few weeks to fill the benefit.
